[Bug 1751005] Re: libreoffice cannot open a document not within $HOME

I'm experiencing the same issue with files mounted under /mnt/user/sshfs/user@server/home/user where user is the username of the individual and server is the server they are accessing. This means /mnt is also affected. Removing the apparmor rules resolves the issue. I have to say I agree with

Ahh, if one PPA can break the updater then it does make sense to disable them all during the upgrade process. Like you say an additional step to enable them again once the upgrade is complete would be the solution in this case. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubu

[Bug 1683415] [NEW] do-release-upgrade unecessarily disables PPA's which are not release specific

2017-04-17 Thread Daniel Bull
Public bug reported: The upgrade process from 16.10 to 17.04 (for example) performed by both the GUI and do-release-upgrade CLI methods, disables 3rd party PPAs. Whilst it is understandable that PPAs targeted specifically at the release which is being upgraded should be disabled, it seems unnecess

Actually I agree, it seems the correct solution is not to hide the location bar on larger screens (which would be a UI improvement anyway IMHO). James the Google UI elements auto-hiding won't change the viewport size or the width so that won't affect the scaling so that should be fine. -- You re

I can understand why google is changing the width based on the viewport height, there is some logic behind it... They want the page to render in a way that prevents posts being vertically cropped too much (which would result in the user only being able to view a small part of the post and havin

I can confirm the same as what Stephen just said. Servers rebooted overnight for the security patch and none of the LXC containers restarted or can be started. lxc-start: conf.c: setup_pts: 1772 Permission denied - mount failed '/dev/pts/ptmx'->'/dev/ptmx' This is on a live 14.04 LTS server Aga
