It appears to crash every time I login
As soon as I re-enable desktop effects, everything operates as usual.

The 'hot spot' for this feature is off screen, and not the same location
as the (default) logout button

I flagged #62567 as a duplicate. it's definitely the same problem.
the 0.18 plugins will not work with 0.20 regardless. we need them to be
synced properly.

and the option checked to watch the library.
When I add new files to the archive they fail to show up in my library
at any point.

I just experienced this same thing.
I just closed it using the [x], and it popped up a crash dialog.
Only one time so far though, I can't reproduce it step for step.
