The issue has reoccurred after the BIOS Update. Circumstances were similar, two
logins, switching between them. The only other things occurring at the time
was plugging in a USB Stick, and using the screen app (screen -R -D, to check
on minecraft servers that were running). I believe I was
Updated BIOS on 1/19/16. Have not seen the issue in the first 5
minutes, but will wait to update status until it has had a couple of
days. Too soon to tell...

Occasionally, not currently reproducible, I am unable to select any of
the icons in the left, or top menus. The last time occurred after
switching users. The only way I have been able to recover is to open a
terminal, and run unity. The last time I had to do so twice
