Thats odd why would a restart of the system. Fix the issue, here are
the steps to the scenario.
1. installed a owncloud server.
2. Installed the certificate in the gnome key manager.
3. installed ownclient sudo apt-get install owncloud-client
4. Connected the ownclient to the server then trusted
