Tried Installing uninstalling then reinstalling dolibarr of different stable
versions
from 3.4 to 3.8.
Now at sudo dpkg -i dolibarr_3.8.3-3_all.deb which results in the following
errors.

Procedure to upgrade to 14.04 from 13.10 until it fails is
Step 1. Start "Software Updater"
After it has run a dialog box comes up and says:
"The software on this computer is up to date.
However, Ubuntu 14.04 is now available (you have 13.10)
Step 2. Click
