Public bug reported: The morning of 7/4/12 at approx. 9am est I updated my Ubuntu 12.04. The next time I used Forefox (~ 30min after the update) I noticed the "Bookmarks Pop-up" Window did not open. In other words, my new bookmarks are added directly to my Bookmark Root location. I do not get a
