I see the same problem, although sometimes the Firefox decorators are
there, and sometimes they come back after disappearing. It also happens
with Eclipse. Other apps seem unaffected.

I've seen exactly this behavior with Thunderbird. I'd add that, at
least for me, the Alt-FN hotkeys still work to
minimize/maximize/restore/move the window.
I also see Eclipse and Firefox lose and occasionally regain their
