I've just tested the kernels provided by Stefan and they solve the
problem :)
The test I made was:
* Installed a new Ubuntu 10.04.2 VM (net install) with two vCPUs
* Tried to migrate the VM to another Xenserver and confirmed it crashed
* Downloaded and installed the generic-pae ker
Thanks Stefan I haven't been able to test those kernels yet, I intend to
test them until the end of this week...
I've noticed that the problem does not only occur on xenmotion but also
on suspend/resume.
I will get back to you as soon as I have the chance to test those
kernels.

this isn't fixed! parted magic is able to resize hfs+ partitions why can't
Ubuntu do the same?

I think this is very important for the composite by default and it would
solve the problem with wacom tablets and XGL :) please backport this
driver.

I have a wacom tablet that works perfectly on a normal gnome session but
when I try to use it on a xgl session it only works as a regular mouse.
I have an ATI x200M graphic card and the only way to use compiz is with
a XGL session and I would

same problem here, tested on tow laptos and one desktop, all have the
same problem, the desktop and one of the laptops have intel chipsets the
other laptop has an AMD/ATI chipset... this is a very big problem for
me because it makes difficult to use USB/serial adapters, some FTDI
adapters get auto
I have a similar problem.
the error message I get is:

I get the same problem when starting beryl-xgl, I have a Xpress 200m and
I'm using fglrx since I cant get 3d acceleration with the open drivers.
