Binary package hint: empathy
If you add new Gadu-gadu contacts they will be visible and work fine but each
time you shut down empathy you will need to add them again.
Also server contact import/export feature is missing.
(On pidgin for example, both things work fine.)

this problem was generated by no action,after the system booted I've
just started pidgin and it crashed after few seconds

The workaround which i'm using at the moment for my wifi interface is the
following:
-frist configure the interface from the network manager
-i'm using my eth1 in dhcp mode so as second step I removed
I'm having this problem too but with a WLAN connetion
