This is Natty Aplha 3. Tried to run live on 4 machines:
Dell Dimension 3000, P4, 1 GB RAM, Intel 82865G Video: Hard error
during boot from CD: Power Sw to recover.
IBM ThinkCentre, P4 1.5 GB RAM, Intel 82865G Video: Boot from CD to

The fix may have been released, but apparently it did not make it to the
repositories for the Karmic release not has it made it to any live
update. I installed logwatch today (12/29/2009) from Synaptic and the
html folder and its contents are still missing.
Though the package should be fixed
Oh, and I forgot to say what version I got from the repository

Jacob,
Like I said, the script works for me but on review it looks to be
flawed. I could not find an email addr for you or we could have

Karmic Alpha 6. I have had the notification area icon show up on 2

of those disks definitely showed S.M.A.R.T. problems though I've not yet
checked the third. Apparently I missed the initial notification in all

Removing the Desktop folder makes even less sense given its history,
familiarity and the importance of being able to switch to normal Desktop
mode. Furthermore, in at least one rendition the Desktop folder was
removed leaving people putting Desktop type stuff in their
