pkexec). However, as normal user it launches.

Решил проблему ручным удалением всех настроек и профилей в папке
~/.config/qutim. Дальше всё запустилось и работает нормально. Иногда
при выходе выпадает с ошибкой. Ещё иногда ложит X server при настройке
(это вообще не подконтрольно), но если настроил то потом не падает.
