Since Thunderbird 17 (or 16) there is a minimal width from sligthly more
than 800pixels. You can't make it thiner. This is anoying and breacks
certain OS functionalities.

I imported two key with a lots of signatures in seahorse. Now seahores
tries syncing these key for hours and isn’t' responding any more (using
1 core 100%). Killing the process an all gpg instaces works but only for
so long before I reopen seahorse.

sry for the bad formatting I'm nor really used to launchpad yet. Problem
affects tranmission (bittorrent cliecnt (there is already at least one
bug)) but also low level tools such as mv.

I still hit this Bug on 12.04 (long torrent names in Tranmission). The
description says this bug is fixed since alpha 2. Do I have to reinstall
the system to get it? (Because I did an upgrade from 11.10). If so this
should be mentioned somewhere.

Admitting it a duplicate. But maybe it would be easier to forbid sysrq
in gnome-screensaver (if technical possible) than change the system
globally. Would reduce the implications of the bug tremendously.

Not quite sure if this is a BUG, but besause it can result in dataloss I
report it nevertheless.

Of course I could deaktivate the command in /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq but I
would rather like not to. And allow this combination to work can re
got the same problem on my Ubuntu 8.04 64 bit (home-)server. Is there a
solution yet? Should i try a update too 10.04 (use the server alone so i
ciuld risk the downtime)?

Sorry in advance, this won't be very specitic because it's hard to
reproduce an specify:

If the number 1 tracker doens't respond or doesn't work properly (gives only
one peer) transmissions doens't use the other trackes listed. If I d
got the same problem: I think it's a collision between two python
packages (2.6 and poppler). I needed both of them according to a
install-instruction regarding a Latex environment. Should i try to
uninstall the python 2.6? I don't really fancy that solution because
Latex works more or less.
