Connect to remote computer
go to full screen mode
take mouse to top left corner and do mouse hover over the buttons like snapshot
lock
instead of displaying tool tip the complete remote desktop start blinking until
we take mouse pointer back

Usecase:
1) Initial language selection: English
2) Changed system language to :Gujarati
3) Open Firefox everything is now in gujarati language
4) Changed system language back to :English
5) Open firefox everything except bookmark menu is still in gujarati language
