To reproduce:
1. Open Nautilus.
2. Go to the folder with several Writer files.
3. Open and close this files in random order for over 10 times.
4. You will see 2 icons on the launchbar. One with no icon, and one that is
correct.

After update of pulseaudio to 3.0 sound fails after a while when
watching video files in any player (VLC, Totem, MPlayer).
I need to "killall pulseaudio" to restart it and get my sound back.

Install 12.10, and run in the terminal "update-manager -d" . Than I have

2 Knarfix, my steps to fix this:
1. Turn off proposed sorceses (if not - it won't work)
2. sudo apt-get update
3. Open Synaptic and downgrade libqtwebkit4 to 2.2.1-4ubuntu1 (it will remove
Skype).
4. sudo apt-get install skype
5. Enjoy ;)

What I did:
1. boot from USB to Live image
2. Open Terminal
3. run command 'ps -ela'
4. find rsyslogd
5. run command: 'sudo kill ' (PID of rsyslogd)
But rsyslogd starting again in a moment with another PID.
If I run 'sudo rsyslogd -c5 -i -d
