I also have this bug. It happened after I switched my kde5 desktop to Unity desktop on Kubuntu 15.10. The file in the error message: /etc/signon-ui/webkit-options.d/www.facebook.com.conf does not exist on my system. And the package kaccounts-providers has been *purged* in the process of install
