dependency on VFS is the main trigger of shutter's removal from Debian.

Indeed there's no such file 'MongoDB::MongoClient.pm'.
On the other hand Debian package has:
$ dpkg --listfiles libmongodb-perl |grep Client
/usr/share/man/man3/MongoDB::MongoClient.3pm.gz
/usr/lib/perl5/MongoDB/MongoClient.pm
Could you check what you have on your side ?

Here's clamscan output on upstream source:

Upstream source does contain a worm. But this worm is contained in a
message used by the test suite.
Hence, the package you install on your system does not contain
New (and working) frozen-bubble is available in Debian.
