Binary package hint: evolution-exchange
In Evolution, set up a email account to use "Microsoft Exchange" as
server type.
If you later edit that email account and switch to "Exchange MAPI"
server type, a new calendar with same email will appear in the list.

I've seen similar problem with other java applications (Intellij IDEA)
too. At some point java app disappears from the panel. Seen both on
Jaunty and Karmic.

Similar error on Ubuntu 8.10
Automatically starting imwheel using /etc/X11/imwheel/startup.conf fails with:
