familiarizing myself with the support features (also it was very late and I
was tired and frustrated...). I'll read through the support tracker site
and see if I can find some suggestions and clues to help me figure this
out.

I downloaded Ubuntu 9.10 then burned it to CD. I then rebooted and
launched Ubuntu from the disk to try it out. I loved it. After
