Two of the Singapore mirrors are not up, causing apt-get to halt for at
least a minute before timing out.

This problem is still blocking for me (I had to migrate most machines to

I have also performed a full reinstalling of a 14.10 system, confirming
that the bug still exists. It would be interesting to know if anyone has
ever been able to perform a krb5p mount on Ubuntu since 13.10.

This problem started to appear after upgrading to 13.10. After another
upgrade to 14.4, the problem persists. I also tried a fresh installation
of 14.4, with the same result. Anoter client, still on an older Ubuntu
release can still successfully mount this partition, and OSX

Only NFSv4 is used. Authentication is done using the krb5p method.

I found the same problem immediately after upgrading Ubuntu. When
opening the terminal there is no menu bar, but within a second or so the
menu bar appears.
