I'm building a httpd derivative with both gcc and gcc -m32, but (only)
my autoconf tests with gcc -m32 fails to find -lcrypt.
This seems to be a result of libcrypt1:amd64 installing a symlink from
libcrypt.so but libcrypt1:i386 not doing the same, but I am ignorant of
deb/ub
FWIW, I needed just the patch from
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=1626349&group_id=110565&atid=656718
to resolve my status issue.
