I think nspluginwrapper was my problem. I had a canon mp600 printer
install that I used a i386 configuration script to install, that
included installing a nspluginwrapper that I don' t know the source of.
I had a system that was working fine, then I tried to upgrade that

I am sorry, I did a clean install on the system I Originally report the problem
against the up grade went well. I upgraded three other systems, all three had
the same problem, I removed nspluginwrapper and
I had another system with the same upgrade problem. The apt log showed
it failed on the nspluginwrapper:i386. I uninstalled the nspluginwapper.

it. I'm going to try a clean install, try the apps I need if I have the

start the upgrade. If there is not a clean log file in the included
file. I can clean the log directory and try again.
