I have access to an E620 which suffers from the same behaviour: when
plugged, both the storage and modem devices are recognized, storage is
mounted ro, but ttyUSB devices are not created. Removing the usb-storage
module makes the ttyUSB devices to be auto-detected

this binary is supposed to fetch the PRCs from the web, instead of
/usr/share/plucker.

from scratch.

I have the same problem in Feisty.
pilot-link and jpilot work fine, for sync and backup.
Starting with a fresh base/backup directory it hangs in the database
'PmTraceDatabase', and ocasionally in the DB mentioned above.

I'd think the best case would be if it had a time out after some idle
time like sudo or gksu, but this probably should done mainstream.

I can work this around by not using seahorse, using the command ssh-
agent(1) with the parameter -t, starting as
$ eval `ssh-agent -t 5m`
and then adding my key to the cache with ssh-add(1).

Binary package hint: seahorse
This is simple as in the title - there is no option for ssh keys to time
out, only gnupg keys.
I think ssh keys should also have the ability to be automatically
cleared.
The steps to reproduce are:

Just to add that after purging and recreating all printer
configurations, I am now able to print in b&w with evince, provided
everytime I open it, I change from 'Normal Color', to 'Grayscale'.
Still annoying, but at least it works.
