When I attach my Western Digital (WD) USB hard drive it doesn't get
automatically mounted. The same USB device works well at the same PC
using Ubuntu Hardy (8.04).

I updated to nvidia-glx 1.0.8762+2.6.15.11-2.
The bug still works!
I found out another way to crash the xserver. If you only visit the
website with firefox and scroll down, then the xserver crash.

the update manager has two tabs:
"Änderungen" (changes) and "Beschreibung" (description)
When I click on "Beschreibung" tab before the changes text is loaded
then the xserver doesn't crash. After this i can click the "Änderungen"
tab without a crash.
