but with packages bleachbit and rhythmbox because updating the packages
today with Python 3.12.

Hi, I have just rebuilt from ubuntu source the package: libfprint-2-tod1
(new version 1:1.90.1+tod1-0ubuntu3)
and the problem has disappeared.
So I think it is just the actual package is not linked against
the correct library.

fprintd.service Fingerprint Authentication Daemo
This can be reproduced easily.
This happens every time you try to disconnect from networ using a gsm
connection.
It can also reproduced using a virtualbox machine with a "Host-only
networking" after starting the virtual machine, a network is added if you try
to disconnect from plasma-widget-net
I have the same problem with bcmwl-kernel-source 5.100.82.38+bdcom-0ubuntu3.
