I have the same issue. It asked me to update, and now I have no sound at
all. Not nice when I use this computer as my primary entertainment
center.

I still have no sound at all, after installing the fix. And I know it
was because of the latest update because I was listening to some music
while updating, and have no sounds, music, anything, since the reboot.
