tg3 eth1: transmit timed out, resetting on BCM5720

Michel, indeed! The upgrade I installed this morning mentioned the fix,
but didn't implement it. This afternoon 1.0-1.1ubuntu2 rolled in which
fixed it, which means my online banking works again.
