just found a minor bug in tboot 1.7.3: version number printed to the
console/log was not updated from 1.7.2 to 1.7.3. To avoid causing
confusion in future, I made a quick fix and attached it. Please help to
update the pakcage. Not sure whether I need to file a new bug...

debian/watch to track source tarball packge, and add
debain/source/format to use quilt format.
