Appears to have been caused by an issue with defoma. Running defoma-
reconfigure -f as root allows installation to continue. I should have
read all of the error messages.

This bug occurred when upgrading from 9.10 to 10.04 and when installing
anything afterwards. I expected libpango1.0-common to install properly.
It actually failed with error exit status 1.

The only plugin that shows up in about:plugins is the Default Plugin
(File name: /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libnullplugin.so). I have other
plugins copied into /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/ that do not show up (e.g.
flash).
