Just after an install of the OS.

Note: The poster of the bug above for the 11.10 release also mentioned
that it occured around 90% of the time on the second folder creation. I
can't say I agree in the experience I've had so far - it appears to
change almost each time and can occur on the first folder, or up to the
fourth.

I can't seem to discern a pattern - I just created fourt test
directories and attempted to create multiple directories inside each
one. The first one gave the error upon creation of the third folder,

Having precisely the same problem after a fresh install of 12.04 LTS...
Open a directory, CTRL+SHIFT+N to create new directory - works fine -
type the name of the new directory, hit enter. CTRL+SHIFT+N again to
create another directory - sometimes works fine, but a lot of the time
received the err
