Same problem with XMind, after running setup.sh which installs some
dependencies and fonts, when I try to run the application I get the
following error:
$ ./XMind_amd64/XMind

Great Greg!! That solve my problem! Just followed the your simply
solution.
$ lspci -vnn | grep 14e4:
12:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 802.11b/g/n
Wireless LAN Controller [14e4:4727] (rev 01)
To check if the wl was loaded I did:
$ cat /proc/modules | grep wl
wl
I'm having the same problem since I upgraded some packages on 2-feb. I
see that bcmwl-kernel-source, isc-dhcp-client and isc-dhcp-common where
upgraded and then the problem started. Is there anyway of falling back
to the previous version to check it?
I add the list of upgrades:

I'd like to add that I was able to connect at home with my router linksys. But
at work where I access through an access point, I couldn't.
By the moment I'll add both syslogs. But ask if there's any other information

I also had this problem. This is how I fix it:
I installed the plugin from adobe site: http://get.adobe.com/es/flashplayer
(current version is 10.0.32.18)
Then I did:
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/libflashplayer.so
/usr/lib/firefox-addons/plugins/libflashplayer.so
And restarted Firefox.
