I'm confused as to the status of this bug report. Here are the steps

1) When I filed this bug with details of what the problem was and how to
circumvent it, it was originally filed against Nautilus.
2) Then the bug got reassigned to gstreamer where its state went from

I can confirm this on my Toshiba Satellite A300. It fails with or
without the proprietary ATI driver, with or without compositing on.
I was previously running Ubuntu 8.04 and both suspend and hibernate (and
shut down) worked flawlessly all the time every time.

I too have this error happening on my Toshiba Satellite A300 with
Jaunty. I'm not sure what you want the original poster to add since into
Synaptic and removing wodim requires the removal of Brasero as well
(package dependency). I just installed K3B and it burned successfully
without report
Confirmed here on Jaunty/Ubuntu. 2.0.2 thinks it's playing but it's not.
I can feed it songs from my library or shoutcast and nothing plays
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start Amarok 2.0.2
2) Double click on a song or media stream
3) Watch as it does *nothing*
