Personally i only use oofem and oofeg, without other optional features. I do
not know a lot about the other options but i think most users only use those
two. I think the testing tool also should be included (with all the example
files as well)
I do not have a proposition on whether or not
the dialog says:
document type
(select spreadsheet)
always save as
(opendocument spreadsheet)
which is correct
I am closing this now, because it works for me.

hmm, the status says fix released... but i do think it is still not packaged
and available in the repo's... see for example bug no: #182927.
So i think we should change the status back here?

For example,
check umask:
$ umask
0002
start f-spot and import a picture: "test.jpg". In my case the file will be
copied to:
~/afb/2007/05/28/
create a file:
$ touch ~/afb/2007/05/28/file
check the results:
$ ls ~/afb/2007/05/28/ -la
totaal 1392
drwxrwsr-x 2 gercokees samen4096 200

umask.
Though, the files which are copied into these folders from the usb-camera are
given the wrong permissions.

with the umask set to: 002

This has a very similar behaviour as issue nr: 185483, although i do not use
screen-effects. By the way, i use: 7.10 (gutsy)

Not sure, but i have a similar problem here, while mounting my camera. I
