org.gnome.desktop.interface text-scaling-factor '1.0'

Yes, I'm experiencing the same issue. I switched from using win7 to
ubuntu 14.04 lts on my laptop the other night but am having big trouble
with the scaling. I'm not using unity tweak tool but just tried to lower
text size in the system settings->display window. Initially I lowered it
from 1.0->0.7
