Greetings,
I have Rhythmbox 0.12.6 (that is actually a great release) and notify-osd
0.9.24-ubuntu1 installed but I can not see ANY cover on the notification area.
All covers are instead visible in Rhythmbox. What am I doing wrong?

Excuse me, I tried the solution proposed meaning to add the
i915.modeset=0 fix to the linux line at the boot but the boot
immediately tells me that the option is invalid (or something similar).
What am I doing wrong?
