After the update of the linux kernel, the desktop/workspace on a cube
won't work. The window wobble effect still works. Other than that all
other aspects of Ubuntu work fine.

My Deskjet F340 was detected and installed with the HP utility, the
first time it has ever worked in Ubuntu. Even the scanner works, so the
package works great.

This is the first time I have tested an beta version of Linux. I didn't
save the logs from the crash. I have it installed now, but I had to use
a partitioning program (Partition Magic) to clear out the old partitions
of Ubuntu then it installed perfectly. Haven't had any serious problems
with any
