This is not a duplicate of 197163, my problem is characters show up, but
aren't properly anti-aliased.

I can't reproduce everything I had before, the only problem I have now
is with MatrixForm, specifically with fractions. TraditionalForm seems
not as pretty as I remember it. I want to say that subpixel hinting is
no longer working in Mathematica. Notice how nice the integral sign and

That isn't the problem I have, the theme does not work when I am using
it as my normal user. It must be a theme specific problem because any
other random icon theme I have installed works fine.
Also, the forward/back/etc buttons in nautilus seem to use the Glass
theme now, but still not the icons

grub, and initramfs, but when I started it, the first thing it did was
to remove mail-notification, for no reason as far as I can tell, I

The problem seems specifically with Compiz's decorator, I figured out my
main problem, the upgrade turned off Emerald. Compiz acts perfectly
normal now, but I will still try to help give any information so you
guys can find the problem in compiz-decorator.

I have both the default gnome-panel bars at the top, with the window
list/desktop bar above the applications menu/launcher/clock/tray bar --
it doesn't make much sense the other way, as then the application menu
will block the window list.
What is the original bug so I can subscribe to that? I tried looking for one
and couldn't.
I can't imagine this being too hard too fix -- it worked fine in every other
release, and it seems like a pretty simple thing in general.

I had the Glass Icons theme from http://gnome-
look.org/content/show.php/Glass+Icons+Theme?content=32146 installed and
working since Edgy, and when I upgraded to Hardy it was gone, instead
using the GNOME theme. It says Glass Icons are enabled, but changing
then changing back
I just noticed that Firefox uses the glass icons for its
forward/back/stop/reload (A nice touch! I didn't know Hardy did that!),
but Nautilus doesnt, nor does any other application I can find.
