Experienced the same issue as Mathias Dietrich describes here.
Of note is the fact that this happen on nearly stock instance.
Started as 13.04 server. (booting from unraided drive, config includes 2 drives
in raid array)
Installed CouchDB, ElasticSearch, Added ubuntu desktop

Note that _no_ crash report is written on the exit of the USB audio
mixer. See further details in the thread. Note that I double checked
crash report settings. Crash reports are being generated on my system

One more thing: I have tried this with both the 3.5 (realtime and normal) as

I have some examples of PDF files that still cause this to happen.
Most things print fine, but some particular PDF's crash it.
The same PDF was fine on Lucid.
It is also fine on other printers under Precise.

Since my latest apt-get dist-upgrade I get this, when I log into KDE.
So it completely locks me out of KDE.
I deleted my KDE config. No change

Happens in 2.2.0
Might be because character mapping strange when copying from NTFS
(Origin of those directories)
Directories like Sinéad O'Connor is duplicated once organize is done.
It seems to go into some error state once it has seen such a mangled
directory, since ordinary directories also

Had 2 Albums both as Unknown artists and albums.
Went through this and changed one of the albums artist + album.
Amarok duly moved this from unknown section to new artist node.
I then deleted the second (junk) album from
