I think I have narrowed this problem down. It seems as if these criteria are
common among bug reports:
a)64-bit processor and/or kernel
b)ati/amd graphics card using flgrx driver
c)usb webcam and usb wireless card
d)only disconnected when trying to ACCESS webcam
e)uvcvideo driver
I believe this is
