Often if i select more than one row, pgadmin3 says it's deleting many
millions.
This one has been fixed.
On the non reproduceable delete bug, I cannot say as it is non
reproduceable.

I applied a patch upstream to fix the behaviour. It should be available
in 1.14.2, but you can also grab the patch:

Doesn't happen to me on 1.14. And I suppose you meant to repeat steps 2
to 6 because you have to connect before being able to launch the query
tool.

I tried with something like 10, and it works. Slowly, but works. Can
you give us the size (MB) of the table? Can you give us the DDL of the
table? perhaps you have a much bigger table than me.
