I can finally say that there is no bug (or maybe yes :-S) at
libfontconfig nor ia32-libs packages. Moving out $HOME/.fontconfig and
running skype again got it working.
I could attach a tar.gz of my old $HOME/.fontconfig if you want to debug
it.

This is not solved yet on my box :\ (amd64) and HP PSC1510 via ipp.
Also local generic postcript printer to a file didn't work (I get one
page for each sheet).
