delete it and retry.

Naturally, after the failed build, Wifi does not work. Rebooting with
the previous kernel (3.19.0-68-generic #76~14.04.1-Ubuntu) restores
Wifi.
After a bit of googling, I found someone suggesting that kernel build
errors may be due to using an old version of gcc. This sounded good, so
I installed

I have exactly the same problem, using Acer ES1-411-C5D2 running Ubuntu
14.04: kernel 3.19.0-51, the touchpad works ; kernel 3.19.0-56, the
touchpad does not work

I try to install the uptate to wacom-dkms. It does not install correctly, as
it is looking for a previous version of the kernel (2.6.32-25-generic if my
memory serves me right). I had to revert to version 0.8.8-0ubuntu3.
