I confirmed that the bug is actually coming from the package evms-ncurses.When
installing it ,it install evms with it ,and the bug occurs.
so ,when i log as root -in the console mode - and uninstall the package evms
,the problem is resolved ,and the partitions are mounted normaly.

,partitions other than you root "/ " are not mounted.
Even when you try to mount them manually from a failsafe terminal ,the system
echoes that partition is busy and that it can't be mounted !
