I propose to close this bug. I still get an error message with my
original kubuntu installation, which is now at 10.04. I guess that in my
old installation something has gone wrong with the updates or with some
changes made by me. I am not an expert and could easily mess something
up. But with a
(line 78 not active), the printout has
an upper margin which is too small. See Print006.jpeg. Note, that the
pdf is created correctly.
I enclose all these files.

Thanks! The workaround is doing fine. Although I had do repeat it after
the updates of ghostscript some days ago. (done on 12 July)

Thanks for your response.
My problem only was, as you mention below, that the kresmigrator did not
work, until I stopped apparmor.
When I wrote my first message, I did not understand what was going on. Just the
error message nerved me. Finally I did more searches on google and
I should have looked more severely to older problems with akonadi. Bug #365124
gives under msg #3 the following advice: sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor stop.
When running kontact afterwards, I got the message that the migration was done
OK. To be sure, I ran the following commands, according to an
