I thought *maybe* this problem is because I was running a custom built

Now i would like to go back to the state where nvidia drivers are not
installed and they do not get installed as described so i can create the
debug output, but due to this bug i just reported, I cannot change this

While the Setting application says my power mode - the one it keeps
getting back too despizte I chose another is "balanced", looking into
the system it tells mie it's on powersafe:

Now nothing happens anymore.

as far as I can see in the bluez package source, the midi option is
enabled now, so it *could* be closed...
But even though it's on, I dont get it working, so I cannot confirm for
sure.
Expectation is: when connecting to a device, I get an alsa sequencer
client, but I dont see that happening.

As it turned out after further investigation, changing the log file's
group from sympa to adm, plus changing the mode to 640, seems to be
sufficient to give rsyslog access. As the config fragment for logrotate
uses the same attributes to create new logfiles, I'd say this is the
best solution.

Public bug reported:
After upgrading from 20.04 to 20.20 on my laptop, the machine became
extremely slow. After a days work I noticed that it never got any
faster, and the machine was a lot colder than usual. Running cat
/proc/cpuinfo and sudo cpupower frequency-info I noticed that the CPU
was loc
rsion 5.6.5. Have not
tested 5.7-rc1 so far.
