I can confirm this. When clicking "Aktivera växling", the statusbar says
"Inaktiverar växlingsutrymme...", quite the opposite of what was
expected as it looked as if the partition was inactive.
But when displaying the info for an active swap partitition it correctly
states that the status is "Akti

go to "Format - Områden" in Step 1 of "Redigera områden". (Unsure about
English name, "område" could translate as "area".)
