I have this same problem with Jaunty 64-bit and a new PPTP connection. I did not have it available for all users. I fixed it by restarting NetworkManager. It seems that NetworkManager either doesn't recognize with the PPTP NM plugin gets installed or when a new connection is configured. -- Netw
