We have an embargoed CVE (Security patch kernel) waiting to go out - due to go out later this week. Once that's done the deck is clear to do a SRU release which will include the fixes being discussed. Rough ETA for this SRU release is prior to Christmas - has to sit in proposed per normal policy.
