debian lacks Qt4 (due to security) and so gambas an debian lacks the qt4
packages (gambas3-gb-qt4, gambas3-gb-qt4-ext, gambas3-gb-qt4-webkit,
gambas3-gb-qt4-opengl)
In theory this shouldn't matter as we have Qt5 bindings
In practice this doesn't work as Qt5 support isn't up

openct prerm script returns a nonzero error code when the daemon isn't running,
because it runs "/etc/init.d/openct stop" which in turn complains about the
