Also a Lenovo T430 owner receiving the same error message having just
updated from 20.10 to 21.04. The file system is ext4 with LVS
encryption. I didn't see this message prior to the update to 21.04

I added another OS to dual boot with Zorin OS on this notebook. At first I
tried to dual boot with Ubuntu 20.04. It installed but with grub boot
failure. I tried several times to repair this using the Zorin USB repair
boot utility - all attempts
