is constantly the following message (found in /var/log/kern.log):
May 8 09:00:27 ub12 kernel: imklog 5.8.6, log source = /proc/kmsg started.
May 8 09:00:27 ub12 kernel: Cannot read
rsyslog-5.8.11-2ubuntu2 also affected on 13.04(raring)
